Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Because many of our items are handmade, hand-finished, or made to order, processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services or courier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Carrier disruptions outside our control

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

PrintNPaint is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The packaging
  • The damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution when applicable.
