All sales are final. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

To report an issue, contact us at info@printnpaint.ca within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are hand-finished, customized, and prepared specifically for each order, all items are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

We also do not accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized products

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with local consumer protection laws. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in resellable condition.
